Blandine Bachellerie started in the executive search industry in 2003.
Earlier, she held several Sales, Marketing and Business Unit management positions, especially at L’Oreal, Révillon and Kanebo.
She started her career in the U.K. in a law firm.
She holds a Masters in Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University and an M.B.A. from the I.A.E. at Panthéon-Sorbonne University Paris.
At Highdev, Blandine brings her experience in luxury markets to recruiting managers for companies working particularly in B2C.
